The photovoltaic low-voltage grid connected cabinet is mainly used for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in AC 400V low-voltage systems. The low-voltage photovoltaic grid connected cabinet mainly consists of anti islanding protection devices (can also be equipped with fault disconnection devices, power quality online monitoring devices), isolation knife switches, grid connected circuit breakers, lightning arresters, temperature and humidity controllers, energy metering devices, and cabinets. The selection of circuit breakers should be based on the actual current flowing through the circuit breaker, usually around 1.2 times the rated current. The cabinet type and cabinet size are customized to MNS according to the on-site situation, GCS, GCK, GGD.

Protection function

The anti islanding device has passive islanding detection, automatic closing under pressure, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, high and low frequency protection, reverse power protection, etc.

Automatic grid connection

The anti islanding protection device has the functions of voltage loss tripping (power grid voltage loss) and automatic reclosing under voltage. It trips when the voltage is abnormal, and can automatically connect to the grid and close when the voltage returns to normal. Simultaneously equipped with intelligent communication function, it can communicate and network with the backend system, remotely operate the opening and closing of circuit breakers, and remotely view various electrical parameters and switch position information of the well network cabinet.

Electricity metering

Photovoltaic grid connected cabinets can be equipped with metering warehouses with lead sealing devices, which can effectively prevent electricity theft. Measuring devices and negative control devices (usually provided by the local power supply bureau) can be installed in the measuring warehouse, which can effectively record the power generation situation.
