Introduction to Oil Immersed Transformers
The S11 (13) 10Kv fully sealed oil immersed transformer is suitable for use in power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 10kV or below. It is used as a distribution transformer in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and places with high dust.
Advantages of oil immersed transformers
Iron core of oil immersed transformer
The iron core of the oil immersed transformer is made of high magnetic conductivity grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is a new type of iron core, a fully inclined seam stacked iron core, and its iron core column is a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section. The yoke and iron core are of equal cross-section.
Winding of oil immersed transformer
The windings of oil immersed transformers are made of corrugated oil channels, without painting process, and tied with tight straps. The windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tap voltage requirements, which is led to the tap changer. The switch is installed on the box cover and the tap voltage can only be changed after the power supply is cut off.
Safety protection device for oil transformation
The 30-2000kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve.
Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user needs.
Oil temperature measuring device
Transformers are equipped with tube sockets for glass thermometers, which are located at the top of the mailbox and extend into the oil by 120 ± 10mm. Transformers with a capacity of 1000~2000kVA are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers.
Oil tank of oil immersed transformer
The oil tank of an oil immersed transformer is composed of corrugated pipes, and its surface is covered with dust.
Spray coating and paint film are firm. The corrugated heating plate not only has the function of cooling, but also has the function of "breathing". The elasticity of the corrugated heating plate can compensate for the change in transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Based on this, fully sealed transformers do not have oil storage tanks, effectively reducing the overall height and weight of the transformer.
Oil immersed transformers are packaged using vacuum oil injection technology, which completely removes moisture from the transformer and prevents the transformer oil from coming into contact with air. It can effectively prevent the invasion of oxygen and moisture into transformers, which may lead to a decrease in their insulation and the possibility of transformer oil aging.
