MNS withdrawable low-voltage switchgear product overview:
This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used in power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, transportation energy, factories and mines, residential areas and other places. This low-voltage cabinet is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in power systems with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz and a rated operating voltage of 660V or below.
The cabinet composition of MNS low-voltage cabinet:
The basic composition of the switchgear body is assembled from C-shaped profiles, which are bent from steel plates with E=25mm modular mounting holes and assembled using self tapping screws and 8.8 grade bolts. All cabinet racks and inner partitions are galvanized. The surrounding door panels and side panels are powder coated, with an effective installation height of 72E.
Service conditions for MNS low-voltage switchgear:
The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40 degrees Celsius, not lower than minus 5 degrees Celsius, and the 24-hour average temperature is not higher than 35 degrees Celsius
The surrounding air is clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 25 degrees, but consideration should be given to the possibility of occasional moderate frost due to temperature changes.
Indoor use, altitude not exceeding 2000m
In places without significant shaking or impact vibration.
