KYN28-12 High Voltage Switchgear

Product Description

There is a type of distribution cabinet that is commonly used in high-voltage switchgear. Its model is, KYN28A, It is used in a three-phase AC power system with a rated voltage of 3.6~12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. And it is also called a mid mounted switchgear.

The 28 cabinets consist of four different compartments, namely the busbar room, circuit breaker handcart room, cable room, and relay instrument room. They work in various ways and do not affect each other. The letter y in KYN represents a detachable type, referring to the structure of a handcart. The handcart with 28 cabinets is located in the middle of the front cabinet. Based on this design, we call this high-voltage switchgear a mid mounted handcart type switchgear, abbreviated as mid mounted switchgear.

The outer shell of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum zinc coated steel plates processed by CNC machine tools, and multiple folding processes are adopted to make the entire cabinet not only have high precision, strong corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It can ensure that the cabinet will not deform or be damaged due to electric force and thermal effects caused by a short circuit in the main circuit. The cabinet door is made of 2mm cold-rolled steel plate stamped and treated with plastic powder electrostatic coating and high-temperature curing. The inner and outer surfaces are not eye-catching, non reflective, and aesthetically pleasing, and the cabinet door color is specified by the user. The mechanical interlocking part undergoes surface treatment processes such as acid washing, phosphating passivation, and hot-dip galvanizing to ensure that the equipment will not rust during its service life. The enclosure protection level of the switchgear is ≥ IP4X, and the internal protection level after the panel is opened is ≥ IP2X.

The usage environment of the 28 center cabinet:

Air temperature:+ 40℃ -15℃

Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%

Altitude: not exceeding 1000m. Any location with an altitude exceeding 1000m shall be handled in accordance with JB/Z102-72 "Technical Requirements for High Voltage Electrical Appliances Used in High Altitude Areas".

Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees

Usage: In environments without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration
